Predict88 provides cricket scores, statistics, educational match analysis, and model-based projections for entertainment and research. We do not operate a bookmaker, casino, exchange, or real-money gambling service.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, attempt payment fraud, scrape content excessively, or violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans unlock premium research features as described on the Packages page. Unless a plan expressly states otherwise, subscription fees and match unlock fees are non-refundable once access is delivered or processing has begun. Package-specific refund text on checkout pages also applies.

5. Content & no warranty

Analysis, projections, probabilities, and market-reference numbers are informational only. Sport outcomes are uncertain. We make no guarantee of accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Do not treat Predict88 content as financial, legal, or gambling advice.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the service
• Do not redistribute paid reports without permission
• Do not use the site to promote illegal activity
• Do not click ads or inflate impressions artificially

7. Intellectual property

Site design, branding, original analysis, and software are owned by Predict88 or its licensors. Third-party trademarks and data feeds remain the property of their owners.

8. Advertising

The site may display third-party advertisements (including Google AdSense). Ad content is controlled by advertisers/networks. See our Advertising Disclosure and Cookie Policy for more detail.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Predict88 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or losses arising from reliance on projections, downtime, or third-party ads/links.
